Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a sales setting, including overseeing a team of 3 or more individuals.
  • Expertise in coaching and training phone-based skills like objection handling, building rapport & negotiation.
  • Strong background in outbound sales with a proven track record.
  • Adaptability, willingness to learn, meet high-quality standards, and collaborate effectively in a team.
