Creative Director

As the Creative Director at ITG working on one of our retail/fashion based clients account, you will spearhead the creative vision and strategy for the brand, ensuring that all campaign and content resonate with the target audience and drive brand awareness, build brand loyalty, and increase sales.
You will collaborate closely with the client's marketing team and to develop compelling and innovative campaigns that elevate category credibility and consideration.
Key responsibilities:
nLead the development and execution of creative concepts for campaigns, including in-store, print, digital, and social media.nTranslate client briefs and brand guidelines into engaging visual and copy elements that align with the brand's identity and target audience.nManage a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work that meets client expectations and deadlines.nOversee the production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence in all deliverables.nStay updated on industry trends and best practices in fashion and interiors marketing to continuously innovate and differentiate the brand in a competitive market.

What decisions will you make?nCreative direction for campaigns, including visual aesthetics, messaging, and tone.nResource allocation and project prioritisation to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of projects in collaboration with the project management and production functions of the team.

Skills and experience required:
nBachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, design, or related field.nPrevious experience leading a Creative team within an agency or brand-side, ideally in the fashion category.nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.nExcellent communication and presentation skills.nStrong stakeholder management skills.nExtensive experience in driving brand reappraisal through brand building.
