We seek a strong Account Director with relevant skills and experience who can hit the ground running.

In the interim, we welcome Freelance applicants too.nYou will have a passion for strategically developing growth opportunities within a client relationship and delivering brilliant work for our clients.nReporting to the Client Partner, you will have overall accountability for client relationship, growth and project delivery.

You will work closely with Project Directors to structure support from Producers where projects require specialist skillset to facilitate effective delivery.nAs an Account Director, you'll know how to help our clients shine.

You'll understand their business, brand and needs and translate them into quality, actionable briefs.nResponsibilitiesn· Identifying and securing business development opportunitiesn· Working across multi-disciplined teams to prepare creative responsesn· Managing a high-profile portfolio of clients, developing relationships and provider the senior point of contact within the agencyn· Efficiently overseeing all projects, sometimes alongside or with support from a Project Director, from start to finish, to high levels of client satisfaction and internal profitabilityn· Proactively developing and leading organic growth plans across the client portfolion· To live the agency values and ethos, and inspire the same in your teamn· Leading the development of diverse, complex and integrated campaigns with the support of specialist Producers if required, to ensure successful delivery and very satisfied clientsn· Liaise and work closely with other agency Departments to support the client and/or project or campaignn· Independently create, develop and manage budgets ranging between £750k - £1m with an understanding of internal processes and practical impactsn· Develop and deliver agreed client revenue targets and manage profitabilityn· Lead a team of Account Managers/Executives, providing mentorship and supportn· Independently manage relationships (internally and externally) with stakeholders, creative teams and production suppliers, including freelance staff and negotiating costs where appropriaten· Improving profitability, productivity and effectiveness across accounts, by efficient and effective use of clear processes and resources, sharing best practice and seeking to maximise client revenuen· Be able to support and guide other team members through the account management process of a project or campaign.

n· Negotiation of fees with clientsnRequirementsn· Around 5/6 years of experience within an agency environment, in Client Services rolesn· Credible leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and promoting the trust of our clientn· Highly motivated and passionate about brand and social impactn· Excellent account leadership skills with financial and commercial acumen, creative judgement and the ability to think strategicallyn· Client or stakeholder management experience within a client service organisation such as a full service marketing ,experiential, PR agency or education services
