Work closely with other senior stakeholders, Designers and Copywriters, on a variety of creative briefs.
Analyse briefs, plan responses and produce initial concepts for consideration - develop chosen concepts to required completed standard and within deadline.
Liaise with account handlers on development of concepts, attend and support senior team members on photoshoots where appropriate, sharing your wisdom to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Stay up to date with current trends and campaigns in the world of marketing and advertising (campaign, design and digital).
Key Requirements –
Strong experience as an Art Director with excellent conceptual skills, design and leadership skills.
Evident integrated and shopper marketing experience with a strong portfolio of brands.
Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
