Top 30 B2B digital marketing agency is looking for an Art Director/Designer.


Someone with solid experience working for B2B agencies, creating ideas across all channels, from emails, eBooks and websites to brochures, posters and all things social.


You’ll have good design skills that enable you to turn your great ideas into good looking designs.


Technology is a sector they work in so are looking for someone who has worked on technology brands and has relevant work in their portfolio.


They are open to designers stepping up into the Art Director role.


If you're a designer who loves coming up with big ideas, this could be your opportunity to step into this role.

As a key member of the creative team, you will collaborate closely with strategy, writers and the design team, contributing conceptual thinking and delivering exceptional creative.

It’s hybrid working and you’ll be in the office twice a week.




Key responsibilities:


• Work collaboratively with strategy and copywriters to provide creative and conceptual excellence

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of clients’ business and industries

• Collaborate with the creative management team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.

• Stay updated on all aspects of creative innovation and relevant software




Skills, knowledge and experience:


• Extensive experience working as a Senior Designer or an Art Director in an agency environment

• Thorough understanding of the B2B technology sector, experience of B2B tech audiences an advantage

• Proven experience of working within brand guidelines across varied client portfolios

• The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations and their feedback efficiently

• A strong visual sense and considered typographic abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Organised with a strong desire to succeed

• The confidence to present ideas and convey strong communication skills to internal and external teams

• Enthusiastic follower of creative, graphic, web, social and technological trends

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud/Firefly

• A collaborative approach to working positively within a team

• A collaborative approach to working with senior management teams across the business

• Skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and digital applications such as Adobe XD/Figma and Adobe After Effects would be advantageous
