This role plays a crucial part in upholding our Client's position as a pioneer in the food industry, known for their creativity and exceptional customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearheading digital marketing strategies on key platforms such as CRM, a loyalty app, website, and in-store.
  • Driving app growth, improving customer engagement through strategic CRM initiatives, and maintaining a strong online presence.
  • Establishing achievable KPIs, tracking progress, and analyzing digital performance.
  • Ensuring brand coherence across all digital channels and overseeing collaborations with digital marketing partners.

About You:

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, specializing in app growth and strategic CRM programs.
  • Minimum 5 years of online marketing experience, either in a corporate setting or at an agency.
  • Outstanding campaign and project management abilities in a dynamic setting.
  • Solid leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail to maintain brand uniformity.
