About You:
Nobody's Child is seeking an Email & CRM Manager to join our Ecommerce team. As the company experiences rapid growth, this is an excellent moment to join us and leave your mark as we propel the brand forward.
Day to day, You'll be:
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to drive customer loyalty and retention online and in-store by delivering targeted customer communications and insights
- Handling daily product selection and data segmentation for our email channel, collaborating with various teams to enhance effectiveness and efficiency for business growth
- Overseeing direct mail operations within the company, including project management, data selection, and supplier coordination, in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Coordinating with internal and external parties to grasp the business needs for email and CRM strategies
- Suggesting new initiatives to enhance the efficiency of CRM activities, from processes to technology, such as implementing a loyalty program
- Continuously managing and segmenting the customer database to target active, inactive, and dormant customers with tailored campaigns
- Producing a monthly CRM KPI report and handling customer data requests
- Supervising Agency and 3rd-party SaaS management to ensure optimum CRM benefits through a collaborative approach
You'll have:
- Around 3 years of experience in digital marketing/CRM, specifically in managing email campaigns, CRM, and direct mail strategies
- Proficiency in ESP and CRM tactics to boost customer retention and response rates
- Experience in managing relationships with third parties, including agencies and tech providers
- Strong collaboration skills, project management expertise, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment while collaborating across teams
- Familiarity with Emarsys or a similar ESP, as well as Shopify
- Knowledge of direct mail, RFM reports, and match-back activities
- Experience in E-commerce and retail environments
