Job Title: CRM & Email Marketing Manager

We're seeking an experienced Email Marketing and CRM Manager who will drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted email marketing and effective CRM strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns and CRM activities that drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and tactics that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage lead data in our CRM system and work with the sales team to ensure lead quality, lead nurturing, and lead conversion.
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing and CRM campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for email marketing campaigns, CRM activities, and other marketing channels to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management with a track record of driving business results.
  • Experience in data analytics and SQL or MS Excel proficiency.
  • Experience working in the payments or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) and email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Active Campaign etc).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
