We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a CRM and Digital Loyalty Manager at a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) group, headquartered in the heart of London.

This role is pivotal in maintaining our Client's position as a market leader in the food industry, recognized for their innovation and exceptional customer experience.

Spearheading digital marketing strategies across key platforms including CRM, a loyalty app, website, and in-store.

  • Driving app growth, enhancing customer engagement through strategic CRM initiatives, and maintaining a compelling online presence.
  • Setting realistic KPIs, monitoring progress, and reporting on digital performance.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels and managing partnerships with digital marketing vendors.
Proven leadership in digital marketing, with a focus on app growth and strategic CRM programs.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in online marketing, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Exceptional campaign and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with an emphasis on detail to ensure brand consistency.
