Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Culture Amp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand generation and campaign management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pipeline growth in EMEA, focusing on key markets aligned to our business strategy
  • Localise marketing efforts across campaigns, digital, and content to ensure messaging resonates with our target ICP across markets, segments, and products
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and events, partnering with local and global teams to create consistency throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI
  • Develop local ABX strategies aligned to campaigns to target key accounts or account segments, and work closely with sales teams to personalise marketing efforts
  • Regularly communicate performance metrics and insights with stakeholders to refine and improve strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign and content marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ABX (e.g., 6Sense, DemandBase, Terminus)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
