About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Blu Digital. As a key member of our ecommerce and digital team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives acquisition, retention, and personalization across our email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Manage and analyze customer data to inform marketing and sales decisions
  • Design and implement personalized email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce and wider digital team to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives
  • Use data to inform strategy creation and focus on loyalty and subscription-based initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong CRM experience with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
