About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at ClearScore. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in driving customer engagement and growth through the effective use of our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement CRM Strategies

Work closely with the CRM Lead to define and implement effective CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and growth. This will involve developing and executing cross-channel engagement campaigns, including email, push notifications, and in-product messaging.

Steer the Customer Journey

Use your expertise in segmentation, loyalty propositions, and retention to develop and implement strategies that increase customer engagement and growth. This will involve analyzing customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and developing targeted campaigns to drive repeat business.

Lead Data-Driven Decision Making

As a data champion, you will lead the development and implementation of new CRM enhancements and features that drive business growth and improve customer engagement. This will involve working closely with the product team to identify opportunities for improvement and developing solutions that meet business needs.

Ensure Data Compliance and Security

Ensure that all CRM-related activities are conducted in accordance with data compliance and security best practices, including GDPR regulations.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends

Stay current with the latest marketing technologies and best practices to ensure that ClearScore remains at the forefront of customer engagement and growth.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience in Engagement Marketing

Proven experience in an engagement marketing function in a B2C digital business, with a focus on customer retention and growth.

Leadership and Analytical Skills

Excellent leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

Communication and Collaboration

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Creative and Strategic Thinker
