CRM Manager Opportunity at Blue Legal

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our Marketing Communications team at Blue Legal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our CRM system to support business development and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Quality Management: Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure data accuracy and streamline CRM processes, including pipeline management and campaign tracking.
  • Marketing Analytics: Develop and maintain marketing analytics dashboards and regular activity reports to inform business decisions.
  • Data Governance: Serve as the data guardian, overseeing data cleansing initiatives to remove obsolete or redundant information.
  • CRM Training: Provide CRM training and create teaching materials for colleagues to ensure effective use of the system.
  • Functional Requirements: Collaborate with end users and developers to refine and prioritize CRM functionality requests, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Strategy Development: Support the development and implementation of a CRM strategy that aligns with the firm's goals and enhances business development focus.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish policies and procedures for CRM software use and data management to ensure compliance and integration with existing systems.
  • Technology Evaluation: Stay informed about emerging CRM technologies that could benefit the firm and evaluate their potential impact.
Requirements:
  • CRM Experience: Must have CRM system experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong preference for candidates with experience with MS Dynamics/Peppermint and hands-on experience with CRM software management tools.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.
