The Role:

We are seeking a CRM Manager to lead our multi-channel CRM strategy for the H&B&Me. Your focus will be on user retention and lifetime value, developing, executing, and optimising CRM programs to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through personalised, data-driven communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the full CRM strategy across all relevant messaging channels. Support the delivery of multichannel marketing campaigns. Contribute to the marketing strategy across email, affiliates, web, app, SEO, and social media. Report on the effectiveness of the customer lifecycle strategy in line with marketing and business objectives. Plan, communicate, and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance engagement and retention. Design and execute CRM campaigns across email, app notifications, and other channels. Leverage data from user interactions to create personalised CRM communications. Develop and maintain customer segmentation for targeted messaging. Collaborate with the content team for relevant campaign content. Collect and analyse CRM data to optimise strategies and report on KPIs. Location: Based in London, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2 - 3 days per week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.

The Person:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in a CRM marketing role, preferably with a consumer subscription app. Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4). Strong analytical skills and excellent copywriting abilities. Creative, proactive, and results-driven, with a keen interest in health and wellness. What we offer:
