About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Manager to join our team at DAZN. As a Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our CRM strategy, driving revenue and subscriber growth targets, and delivering against CRM targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Deliver CRM Schedule: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM schedule that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue and subscriber growth targets.
  • Deliver Against CRM Targets: Ensure timely and effective delivery of CRM campaigns, leveraging data availability and technical capabilities to push the boundaries of CRM.
  • Lead Testing and Optimisation: Collaborate with DAZN marketing and creative teams to test and optimize CRM creative and brand direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Campaign Development: Work with stakeholders to develop and deliver campaigns that drive additional revenue streams, such as betting, merchandise, tickets, and freemium tier growth.
  • Project Management: Manage high-priority projects to tight deadlines, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and impeccable time management.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in CRM management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent stakeholder management, and ability to manage high-priority projects to tight deadlines.
