CRM Manager Job Description

Our client, a leading global business, is seeking a CRM Manager to lead their CRM function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to drive improvements across CRM performance and develop automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement key CRM KPIs to measure and improve CRM performance, including email performance and retention strategies.
  • Create and maintain automation using nurturing workflows to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define audience segmentation and create targeted email communications.
  • Establish lead scoring processes across all brands and ensure seamless lead handover.
  • Monitor deliverability scores and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal email delivery.
  • Provide data-driven insights through reports and dashboards to inform sales and management decisions.
  • Ensure all processes are compliant with internal practices and external laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online CRM marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing retention and CRM programs, as well as database management.
  • Proven track record of working in a sales-driven commercial trading environment.
  • Understanding of current data protection and privacy legislation.
