Job Title: Casino CRM Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Casino CRM Executive to join our team at Puig. As a key member of our Global Consumer Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our CRM marketing strategy to drive consumer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of our CRM marketing communications calendar across multiple brands and markets.
  • Own the end-to-end planning of global CRM communications, leveraging data to create personalized marketing campaigns that align with our brand values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consumer engagement and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Head of CRM & Loyalty and other senior leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a CRM/Email marketing manager role, preferably within the beauty or luxury retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and other CRM channels, such as SMS and Direct Mail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms, including Bloomreach, Braze, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
