Email & CRM Marketing Manager

Join a mid-size media corporation as an Email & CRM Marketing Manager, where you will be responsible for devising and managing the entire email and CRM marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email and CRM marketing campaigns to drive conversions and meet business objectives.
  • Create audience segments and run highly personalized email campaigns using Salesforce.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure email and CRM marketing efforts support different business objectives.
  • Ensure email campaigns adhere to industry standards and regulatory compliances.
  • Track key campaign metrics and report their impact on business performance.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms and Salesforce.
  • Experience in creating and executing lead nurture and activation campaigns, setting Salesforce strategy.
  • Understanding of lead generation, design tools, content management systems (CMS), and Google analytics.
  • Debugging skills to identify deliverability issues and correct them.
  • Great copywriting and communication skills.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge preferred but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret meaning from campaign metrics.
