The role
We're looking for a Loyalty and Partnerships Assistant to join our growing Karen Millen Insiders team. This role will play a crucial part in delivering loyalty campaigns and supporting the loyalty strategy for future development.

The Loyalty Assistant will report into the Senior Loyalty and Partnerships Executive within the digital marketing team, whilst working alongside the CRM team too.

Each of our teams is the voice of their own brand, so we utilise creative campaigns, social media and influencer outreach, PR & Comms, and events.

On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO.

Everything goes towards achieving our mission to be a global fashion e-commerce leader.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver monthly loyalty programme activations
  • Organise monthly gifting for members including, sourcing, packaging, and sending out to customers
  • Communicate regularly with our loyalty customers, liaising with competition winners and collecting regular feedback
  • Curate exclusive monthly competitions with partners
  • Outreach to potential new partners and maintain ongoing partner relationships
  • Support the KM Insiders calendar to align with key brand launches and activations
  • Complete frequent competitor and market analysis to drive new initiatives
  • Analyse customer personas and behaviours to stay relevant
  • Support loyalty communications
  • Assist with the delivery of marketing assets working with key internal stakeholders (including CRM, creative and brand teams)
  • Cooperate in the organisation and delivery of loyalty (and 'Insider') events
  • PO and expenses management

More about you

  • Some experience in marketing role/ internship is beneficial
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Effective communication with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Adaptable and capacity to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous experience in loyalty, marketing, or CRM preferable
  • Experience in the retail sector is advantageous
