They are seeking a 'Loyalty Manager' to lead their loyalty program across all brands, overseeing a talented team of 6-8 individuals.

This inclusive approach across all brands enables the group to reach diverse consumer segments and leverage emerging retail trends. Day-to- Day would include;

Develop and execute membership marketing strategies with the Head of CRM and Loyalty to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of membership initiatives.
Manage daily operations of the membership marketing team, providing guidance and support for exceptional results.
Craft compelling membership campaigns using marketing expertise, leveraging customer data for targeted efforts.
