Loyalty Program Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Program Manager to join our team at Jellycat Toy Co. Ltd. As a key member of our Digital Marketing function, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive customer loyalty program that drives engagement and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute a loyalty program strategy that aligns with our brand values and customer needs
* Conduct research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the loyalty program into all customer touchpoints
* Monitor and analyze program performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for enhancements
* Utilize customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement
**Requirements**
* Minimum 5 years working experience in loyalty field
* Proven experience in managing loyalty programs or customer engagement initiatives
* Strong understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle management
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
* Proficiency in using CRM software, loyalty program platforms, and data analysis tools
