Key Responsibilities
Oversee the digital platform roadmap and product backlog for VeryMe Rewards, collaborating closely with Vodafone Loyalty, Digital, IT, and external agency partners to drive customer growth and value.
- Develop and implement the VeryMe Rewards digital platform roadmap by defining business requirements.
- Provide support for technology partner releases by coordinating and conducting User Acceptance Testing.
- Manage daily interactions with the technology partner and external customer care team.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to continuously enhance the program.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on platform operations, bridging internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess program performance against KPIs, including the impact of new features.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in delivering loyalty customer propositions across digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, agency, budget, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the marketing technology and advertising technology landscape to drive loyalty.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences to achieve program objectives.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Familiarity with Vodafone's product portfolio, sponsorships, partnerships, technologies, and processes.
