Job Title: Loyalty CRM Executive

Location: Westfield Shepherd's Bush (Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office)

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Rate: Up to £150 per day (Outside IR35)

About the Company

Our client, a leading retailer, is seeking a highly organised and data-driven Loyalty CRM Executive to join their team on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing customer loyalty and engagement strategies.

The Role

As the Loyalty CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the company's customer loyalty program. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing CRM campaigns to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Managing customer segmentation and database optimisation for targeted email and SMS marketing.
  • Analysing customer data and campaign performance to inform and refine strategies.
  • Collaborating with the marketing, data, and digital teams to ensure alignment and consistency across loyalty initiatives.
  • Supporting the creation of loyalty program content and communications that reflect the brand's tone of voice.
  • Tracking and reporting on CRM metrics and KPIs to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a CRM or loyalty marketing role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.
  • A strong understanding of CRM platforms and data management tools.
  • The ability to analyse customer data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with email marketing and customer segmentation.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
