Job Title: Customer Loyalty Marketing Specialist

At Bandwidth Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Loyalty Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for building and executing account-based marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable marketing strategies to maintain and grow revenue within our existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Management teams to create marketing campaigns that advance opportunities in the pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze customer sales pipeline data to identify gaps and develop targeted marketing campaigns to fill them.
  • Optimize and activate executive-level strategy and outreach email sequences within customer accounts.
  • Update our Account-Based Marketing playbook with success metrics and create repeatable and scalable implementation across similar customer accounts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role for a fast-growing B2B technology company.
  • Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel and experience running multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Comfortable working with various marketing tools and software.
  • Marketing automation experience preferred.
