Loyalty Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Loyalty Marketing Manager to join our team at LMA Recruitment Formerly Ball & Hoolahan. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty across our UK operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the strategy for digital customer engagement and partnerships for the UK, defining KPIs and targets to drive business growth in both digital programs and partnership opportunities.
  • Lead the Rewards Loyalty program for the UK, creating the annual customer engagement plan and loyalty initiatives across all UK channels, working closely with the Senior Manager and Category to ensure clear brand communications.
  • Define key strategic opportunities for all digital and partnership programs, leading business case development for leadership approval.
  • Lead the development and management of all UK Brand partnerships, including loyalty and digital relationships across 12+ digital vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage contract negotiations across all partners, including digital delivery, digital vendors, and strategic brand partners.
  • Lead loyalty and digital customer analytics and insights, defining key frameworks and dashboards to support overall business financial reporting, working closely with the Finance team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in marketing consumer products or loyalty programs in UK/European markets, with experience managing teams or sole campaign responsibility.
  • Detailed knowledge of loyalty or CRM programs and their contribution to customer engagement.
  • Ability to drive commercial success in both digital and partnerships and active customer engagement and loyalty through continuous understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
