Are you looking for a new challenge and next step in your career? We are currently looking for a Account Data Analyst (rotating shift pattern )to join our team in Corby .
Monday – Friday with a salary up to £28,826
Tasks and responsibilities:Key tasks include:
- Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance, compiling reports
- Support the site managing the relationship between Bleckmann and the Client, ensuring a solid and long-term relationship between the two companies.
- Monitor and analyse Site KPIs and report findings to relevant stakeholders .
- Prepare WBR reports & support writting MBR and QBR reports
- Manage client expectations, and ensure that client service is at the forefront of everything we do
- Work hand in hand with and influence the site management team who lead the warehouse and transport operations, to get their buy-in on improving stock accuracy and service, and delivering client-sensitive projects such as full analysis and reconciliation of stock counts
- Liaise with the warehouse management team to ensure the operation is aware and prepared for volume increases/decreases, e-commerce promotions and other client-led changes influencing and impacting the warehouse
- Own the creation and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives to deliver efficiency, quality, and capacity improvements
- Training relevant operational key holders in the execution of the SLA's and Bleckmann or Client Processes
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities to the benefit of the site and the company
