About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead our Customer Data Management (CDM) platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and execution of our global CDM platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver the customer data master (CDM) across the group, deploying golden records to enable strategic and real-time customer insights.
  • Improve customer data quality through CDM, process improvement, and collaboration with the GD&A team, local data stewards, and data teams.
  • Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the Customer Master Database, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring the CDM meets the needs of various global business units and regions.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, analysts, and stakeholders in developing and delivering the Customer Master Database.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews for the development team.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of the Customer Master Database through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with a strong background in data strategy and Master Data Management. You will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale data platforms or databases and experience working in an Agile development environment.

You will have a deep understanding of database technologies, data modeling principles, and data management best practices. You will also have experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello and certification in Agile or Product Management is a plus.
