We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at RSGroup, responsible for driving the development and implementation of our Customer Data Management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the customer data master across the group, deploying golden records to enable strategic and real-time customer insights.
- Improve customer data quality through process improvement and collaboration with the data governance team.
- Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the Customer Master Database, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring the CDM meets the needs of various global business units and regions.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, analysts, and stakeholders in developing and delivering the Customer Master Database.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews for the development team.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of the Customer Master Database through rigorous testing and validation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with experience in data strategy and Master Data Management, ideally within the customer domain. Proven experience in product ownership or management, especially in developing and delivering large-scale data platforms or databases, is essential. Agile experience, preferably as a Scrum Master, is also required. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello are highly desirable.
