Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver world-class customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
- Digital Procurement Roadmap: Collaborate with business and sales teams to develop and execute the Digital Procurement Roadmap, meeting the needs of customers and business objectives.
- Agile Delivery: Prioritize and manage iterative agile releases that focus on delivering the highest value, balancing new product development and risk mitigation. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, utilizing insights from industry trends, analytics, and customer feedback.
- Roadmap Development: Research and benchmark best practices, creating both annual and quarterly product roadmaps. Present and socialize these across the global business up to VP/C-level.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX, Design, Front-end Development, SEO, Analytics, Engineering, and project teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, prioritization decisions, and the impact of changes on customer experience and product performance. Ensure clear hypotheses and metrics for success are defined for all initiatives.
- Community of Practice: Play a key role in contributing to the Product Owner Community of Practice for the broader Solution team.
About You:

Key Qualifications:
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of e-Purchasing, ERPs, or e-Invoicing markets, with experience in corporate procurement processes and systems integration.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Proven ability to develop product strategies and roadmaps using data-driven insights to foster change.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and programs of work simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to provide clear, solution-focused recommendations and manage complex issues.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences and challenging the status quo.
- Agile Expertise: Experience leading Agile teams, with a focus on proactive issue resolution and risk management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and effectively 'sell' product strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use data to drive objective decision-making and prioritization.
Desirable Skills:
- Enterprise Experience: Experience in managing product ownership within large, cross-functional matrix organizations.
- Certifications: Certified Product Owner or Agile qualifications.
- Technical Tools: Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
