Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy and Roadmap Development: Develop a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the Customer Master Database, incorporating business objectives and stakeholder input.
  2. CDM Platform Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the Customer Data Platform vision, integrating it with other data initiatives to enable real-time customer insights.
  3. Data Quality Management: Partner with the GD&A team and stakeholders to drive improvements in customer data quality through process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Requirements Gathering: Work with global stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring the platform meets the needs of various business units.
  5. Team Leadership: Matrix-manage a multidisciplinary team of developers, analysts, and data experts to ensure successful delivery of the Customer Master Database.
  6. Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  7. Compliance and Security: Ensure the platform adheres to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and maintain robust security protocols to protect customer information.
  8. Process Development & Continuous Improvement: Design and continuously refine the end-to-end customer data management processes to enhance usability, functionality, and data quality.
  9. Quality Assurance: Oversee rigorous testing and validation to ensure the quality and integrity of the Customer Master Database.
  10. Scrum Master Responsibilities: Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

About You:

We're looking for a seasoned Product Owner with a deep understanding of customer data management, database technologies, and data modeling. You'll work closely with global teams, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience delivering customer omnichannel platforms and data management strategies for global organizations.
  2. Deep understanding of database technologies, data modeling, and best practices in data management.
  3. Strong influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and successfully deliver global data projects.
  4. Expertise in data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience implementing security measures for customer data platforms.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and proven project delivery track record.
  6. Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors, such as Informatica, Salesforce, Moody's, Dunn & Bradstreet, and Adobe.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  1. Experience in product ownership or management, particularly in large-scale data platforms.
  2. Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
  3. Experience in Agile environments, preferably as a Scrum Master.
  4. Certifications in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
