We believe our customers have the right to live in a safe home, maintained by our BCHA Repairs Department. It is essential that all repairs issues are resolved quickly and to the highest standard. Our aim is to deliver a "quality repair, right first time" service to our customers and maintain their home.
We need a
Repairs Administrator & Scheduler to join our small repairs team based at our office in Bournemouth.
The team provides an efficient, knowledgeable and professional administrative support for all matters relating to property maintenance and general repairs.
This job gives you the opportunity to:
- have a broad and varied job role where you can make a difference;
- work in a friendly and supportive environment;
- play a key role as part of the team to ensure we deliver a quality service
- take customer calls and ask detailed diagnostic questions to correctly understand what work is required.
- schedule work for trade operatives, ensuring diaries are planned at least two weeks ahead to obtain maximum efficiency
