Administration Assistant

We are a fast growing company and we are now looking to expand our Fire Door Service Team, with a job opening to assist the Planning and Quotations Managers.
To be considered for this role you will need to have proven experience in a similar role, be competent with Excel/good with numbers and customer focused.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leasing with clients in a professional and timely manner
- Using our bespoke database to upload appointments, quotes and communication logs
- Booking appointments for engineers to attend sites
- ADHOC administration tasks
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and numerical skills
- IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including MS Office, particularly Excel
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
- Customer service skills
- Problem solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
- Able to work within a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
- Good sense of humour is a must
