About us
Accountancy Fellowship Ltd is a small business based between Westbourne and Bournemouth town centre.

We are a professional firm of Accountants looking for someone to fill a part time role, assisting with the day to day administration of a small office.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to typing, photocopying, mailing, and filing
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments/meetings.
  • Assist with project coordination and followup tasks
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
