About us
Accountancy Fellowship Ltd is a small business based between Westbourne and Bournemouth town centre.
We are a professional firm of Accountants looking for someone to fill a part time role, assisting with the day to day administration of a small office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to typing, photocopying, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate and schedule appointments/meetings.
- Assist with project coordination and followup tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 7-10 per week
Salary:
From £10.45 per hour
