My client is a large business based in Bournemouth with free parking.

Description

As the Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Keeping the work planner up to date to ensure resources are there when required
  • Checking timesheet submissions and chasing staff where needed
  • Organising staff training including travel arrangements
  • Covering for reception when required and welcoming visitors
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Assisting with diary management for senior staff
  • Checking invoices
  • Ordering stock for the office

Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:

  • Have a strong background in administration
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be IT Literate including MS Excel
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be able to work in the office full time
