**The Opportunity**:

- As a Group Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring warranty compliance of presented repairs for claiming (digital uploads/physical paperwork) from our franchised sites prior to claim progression
- Confirming all submissions reflect the correct data, guaranteeing only accurate and fully justified claims are submitted within strict time limits
- Monitoring the dispatch of documentation (physical/digital) from sites along with requests from our manufacturers in relation to material returns (fulfilment fully completed by sites)
- Acting on a daily basis claim discrepancies from sites, along with required actions from our manufacturers in order to ensure successful and prompt payments
- Maximising every opportunity for justified reimbursement, whilst absolutely minimising any financial losses to our sites along with our manufacturer audit risks

**About You**:

- Considering the nature of this role, it’s important that you have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to ensure time sensitive deadlines are met. When it comes to attention to detail, your approach must be meticulous and thorough with the necessary high core IT skills. In addition, you will need the ability to build excellent relationships (both internally and externally) with colleagues and our manufacturer partners and possess a positive attitude to problem solving.

- As well as a competitive salary, we offer a structured career with the opportunity for personal development and training within our rewarding environment. In addition, you can expect the following benefits:

- Bespoke induction and learning programme and comprehensive ongoing training throughout your career;
