Mortgage Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Connells Group. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our mortgage and insurance services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Review Service: Conduct thorough reviews of mortgage cases to ensure that best advice and best practice are adopted across the network.
  • Compliance Assessment: Assess mortgage, protection, and general insurance cases against regulatory and in-house standards set by the Compliance team.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to advisers and field staff on cases checked, and report results of assessments and monitoring responses.
  • Analysis and Trends: Analyze results to identify trends, areas of development, and potential risks, and contribute to the network's Consumer Duty obligations.
Requirements:
  • Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in using IT systems and software.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Teamwork and Time Management: Ability to work as part of a team, with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
