We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Mortgage Intelligence UK. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our network adheres to regulatory and in-house standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality reviews to ensure that our advisers are providing the best advice and adhering to best practice.
- Assess Mortgage, Protection & General Insurance cases against regulatory and in-house standards.
- Provide feedback to field staff to assist with their monitoring of advisers.
- Report results of assessments and monitor responses.
- Analyze results to identify trends, areas of development, and potential risks.
- Contribute to the network's Consumer Duty obligations by considering these obligations in all actions and decisions.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as delegated by your line manager.
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends.
- Good telephone manner.
