Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective and efficient diary management
* Be the first point of contact in person and by telephone
* Administrate meetings by preparing agendas and taking, producing and circulating accurate minutes of meetings
* Create action trackers and follow-up outstanding issues which emerge from the Chief Executive\u2019s and Chair\u2019s work and meetings
* Answer email communication and telephone contact with complainants signposting to the Complaints Department and Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
* Liaise effectively with external stakeholders, including but not exhaustive to; NHS England, primary care, local authorities, MPs, local authorities, media organisations and other organisations, when required
Essential Skills:
* Previous secretarial experience within the NHS
* Experience in diary management and taking high-quality minutes
