Job Summary:

Duties:

  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
  • Provide administration support to customers, suppliers, Internal + external sales engineers.
  • Creation and distribution of Supplier orders.
  • Corresponding and Liasing with related suppliers.
  • Updating Office databases.
  • Inventory control Interaction with other departments to investigate and resolve stock issues.
  • Creation, maintenance and updating of discount codes for customers.
  • To provide first time resolution for clients, both internal and external queries and/or complaints.
  • Creation and maintenance of customers consignment stock including stock control, contracts and pricing.
  • Providing support for customers Vend solution machines.
  • Provide support and assistance to other departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in computer skills including data entry and typing
  • Familiarity with excel and word are essential
  • M3 knowledge preferable.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and clerical duties


This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office setting, utilizing administrative and organizational skills to support daily operations.
