Reinstatement Administrator

ALD are looking for a Reinstatement Administrator to assist the Planning coordinators and supervisors. The role includes but is not limited to:
- Covering of weighbridge, greeting visitors and helping to answer calls
- Sending out planned work to the teams
- Use of Maximo to print new jobs and close jobs
- Upload new jobs onto Swims and updating proposed measures
- Dealing with everyday enquiries
- Assist supervisors when defects come in
- Assisting with buying materials
**Salary**: £10.00-£10.68 per hour
