Industria Personnel Services are a national recruitment company who are recruiting for an **Administrator** for our client based in **Felstead** on a Part time basis.

**Daily Duties will include**:

- Offer payroll support to the finance team.
- Assisting in auditing internal accounts
- Assisting in Purchase ledger and Sales ledger
- Bank reconciliation.
- Petty Cash Administration
- Help the Finance team prepare and amend budgets.
- Aid in preparing the end of year accounts.
- Help create spreadsheets and reports.
- Invoicing to clients
- Assist in the procurement of supplies and services.
- Provide administrative support to service level agreements.
- Provide administrative support to the management team when necessary.

**Experience**:
1 year admin experience preferred.

No qualifications needed for this role.

Full training will be provided.

**Shift Pattern**

Monday - Friday

Start times from 08.00. 16.00pm

Minimum 21 hours per week paid.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months.

**Salary**: £12.00- per hour
