Office Administrator

Responsibilities/duties to include but not restricted to:
Being the primary point of contact for visitors arriving on site.
Ensure that bookings are scheduled and monitored on shared calendars for drivers and fitters. Using site booking systems for deliveries with customers.
To make sure the office runs smoothly, you will have to manage office inventory, booking appointments and travel arrangements.
Parts order management involves managing relationships with suppliers and using our in-house software to generate purchase orders and link parts costings to job records.
Health & Safety documentation, updating records and organising staff E learning training courses via our web-based H&S portal. Inputting information on accident reports and uploading investigation documents.
Organising staff training, maintaining workshop PPE records, ordering supplies and prepare induction documentation for new starters.
Respond to sales inquiries and raise quotes, detailing the quotation and costing information as provided by the engineering team.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to meet deadline in a busy environment.
The role is available on a permanent basis working Monday to Friday. Salary will be dependent on experience, based on a 42.5-hour week.
