Great Ashfield, United Kingdom Miles Drainage (20) Ltd Full time

Miles Drainage 20 Ltd is an agricultural drainage business who are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team on a part time basis.

The duties will include the below but not inclusive of:

- General typing, answering the telephone, ordering stationary, dealing with post
- Maintain company vehicle records such as MOT, Tax reminders, repairs etc.
- HR such as new starters, maintaining holiday records
- Accounts duties consist of collating and processing wages, bank reconciliation, VAT returns, end of year accounts (knowledge of Sage Accounts and Payroll desirable)
- Paying suppliers, managing purchase invoices & sales invoices
- Credit control
- Health & Safety duties consist of organising training, keeping records up to date and carrying out business inspections, fire drills etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties required to meet the needs of the business

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
