Administration Assistant

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Provide administration support to customers, suppliers, Internal + external sales engineers.
- Creation and distribution of Supplier orders.
- Corresponding and Liasing with related suppliers.
- Updating Office databases.
- Inventory control -Interaction with other departments to investigate and resolve stock issues.
- Creation, maintenance and updating of discount codes for customers.
- To provide first time resolution for clients, both internal and external queries and/or complaints.
- Creation and maintenance of customers consignment stock including stock control, contracts and pricing.
- Providing support for customers Vend solution machines.
- Provide support and assistance to other departments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in computer skills including data entry and typing
- Familiarity with excel and word are essential - M3 knowledge preferable.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and clerical duties

Pay: £23,000.00 per year
