Our reservations team manages the reservations for the hotel and nightclub so you'll have the chance to learn two very different aspects of our business.


Reporting to the Reservations Manager, the Reservation Agent is responsible for:

  • Day to day reservations tasks
  • Taking bookings for nightclub tables
  • Assisting with Group Bookings
  • Quality checking reservations to ensure smooth guest experience
  • Checking commission
  • Upselling
  • Converting enquiries
  • Assisting Sales Manager when needed
  • Assisting in hotel operation when needed

Requirements:

Must have valid right to work in UK:


  • Hotel experience in a front office or reservations role:
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Protel PMS System an advantage but not mandatory
  • Flexible to work weekends

The Package

  • Fulltime: 40 hours per week
- £24,000 annual salary
