What you'll do at Jamf:

Responsibilities

  • Grow existing customer relationships and elevate Jamf to a more strategic position within key accounts in the education vertical.
  • Cultivate sales by helping organizations in the K12 vertical to succeed with Apple within a list of target key accounts (e.g. Multi-Academy Trusts, Local Authorities, Schools and Colleges) in the UK & IE region
  • Ascertain Apple's assigned accounts adoption, growth strategies, and business plans.
  • Prescribe shortterm and longterm solutions to achieve customer and client goals.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with vital stakeholders within key accounts to increase Jamf mindshare.
  • Manage sophisticated EDU sales campaigns while managing a diverse set of stakeholders, including partners, and Apple account executives within the same account.
  • Colloborate within with Sales Development Representative, Renewals Representative and Inside Account Executive for identifying/nurturing potential strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with Apple and Channel Partners. Account Executives to develop and execute strategies and generating opportunities with the Sales Education Manager.
  • Represent Jamf at tradeshows, events and webinars.
  • Utilise internal and competitive data to benchmark sales performance and determine strategic implications.
  • Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization
  • Adhere to the highest moral, ethical and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativity
  • Support and promotes a positive, inclusive workplace one in which the talents and strengths of our increasingly diverse workforce are welcomed, further developed and manifested in our work

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of field sales experience (required)
  • Sales experience in the software and/or education segment (requried)
  • Experience in the endpoint technology IT industry and familiarity with the Apple platform (preferred)
  • Proven track record in selling to channel reseller and/or direct touch customers with demonstrated sales target achievement (required)
  • Experience dealing with public tenders (preferred)
  • Ability to accurately forecast business weekly, on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or client management software
  • Proven ability to work effectively across all levels of business and IT contacts within large and complex organisations
  • Experienced selling in both direct and indirect sales models
  • History of coordination within an internal set of multifunctional teams to ensure target quotas are achieved and exceeded
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate and coordinate with other team members, especially in the education market.
