Job Title: Customer Success Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing Data projects within the Data Department (DataCorp) and client relations with our global strategic advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent DataCorp to key strategic accounts and JCDecaux subsidiaries worldwide at both local and global levels.
  • Guide strategic advertisers for a smooth and effective adoption of JCDecaux's data solutions locally and globally and drive growth and foster loyalty.
  • Work closely with Product teams (Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager), Corp entities, and JCDecaux Business Units.
  • Support and coordinate relationships with a portfolio of global key client accounts to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Define and implement a data strategy for your accounts.
  • Define and track medium and long-term client KPIs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of DataCorp's product and service offerings to upsell and cross-sell to key advertisers.
  • Define the delivery schedule of studies/services for each Key Account.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and overall account satisfaction.
  • Participate, if necessary, in building client presentations for new partnerships and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experienced in identifying and rapidly developing strategic business opportunities which may need a creative approach to proposing suitable client solutions.
  • You are interested in data/insight and are passionate about learning more in this area.
  • You have strong communication skills and speak English fluently.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing or project management on media and/or data-related topics, in retail or media.
