We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our Customer Success team at JCDecaux UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing Data projects within the Data Department and building strong relationships with our global strategic advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent JCDecaux UK to key strategic accounts and JCDecaux subsidiaries worldwide, driving growth and fostering loyalty
  • Guide strategic advertisers through the adoption of JCDecaux's data solutions, ensuring a smooth and effective experience
  • Work closely with Product teams, Corp entities, and JCDecaux Business Units to deliver exceptional results
  • Support and coordinate relationships with a portfolio of global key client accounts to establish long-term partnerships
  • Develop a deep understanding of DataCorp's product and service offerings to upsell and cross-sell to key advertisers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing or project management on media and/or data-related topics, in retail or media
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
  • Passion for data/insight and a willingness to learn and grow in this area
