About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Forvis Mazars in the UK. As a key member of our global business development team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic global pursuits plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead the end-to-end pursuit process, from identification to closure, for prioritized strategic accounts
  • Coordinate with global pursuit teams to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Partner with global account Relationship Executives/Pursuit Leaders to develop annual account pursuit plans and business development strategies
  • Facilitate regular pursuit team calls/meetings to drive business development activities
  • Manage the annual global client pursuit plan and engage and coordinate action steps with key account team members
Requirements
  • Experience working with global accounts and managing global pursuits
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to travel to serve clients, as required
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and CRM systems
  • Experience operating in a business development and relationship development capacity at a Top-10 global public accounting and consulting firm
