We are currently looking to expand our Administration team and are hiring for the role of Belfast Front of House/HR Administrative Officer.

This position at ASCERT is vital and involves providing support to ensure the efficient operation of our Belfast Office and delivering a reliable administration service to our senior management team and board of directors.

You will also assist in directing ASCERT's callers to the most suitable services available.

The individual in this role will further aid the HR manager in managing a streamlined HR function by offering assistance in various activities such as systems management, generating statistics and reports, and handling general administrative tasks.

Additionally, the role will entail providing 1 day per week of administrative support to our Fundraising and Marketing Manager.

JOB TITLE: Belfast Front of House/HR Administrative Officer
RESPONSIBLE TO: Human Resources Manager
LOCATION: ASCERT Office/Remote
LENGTH OF POST: Permanent (Subject to Funding)
HOURS: 35 Hours per week
SALARY: NJC Scale SCP 4 Point 12 £26,421 + 4% pension

Skills Required:
- Human Resources expertise
- CIPD Level 3 certification
- Proficient in Receptionist Duties
- Excellent Communication Skills
